  • Just be lik "YO! PAY ME MORE OR IM OUT!" see what he says.
  • Tell your boss you are not making enough money and its nothing personal.
  • yikes its kinda iffy. i think in the long run he'll still be mad at you because he's an a-hole. but what i would do? i would tell him that im going through some personal problems and need to quit, im sorry, but im unable to work at this time, and vacation is not an option. or you could just quit but he'd probably be pissed. whatever the case, it's not gonna end up chill.
  • I could always deal with their anger. It's when they break down and cry that unnerves me.
  • Tell him you can't pay your bills, and that if you don't get a substantial raise you'll be forced to find employment elsewhere. He still gets to controlling boss by saying no. And you still get to quit.
  • Tell him that you are updating your resume and ask for an employee evaluation in writing and a letter of recomendation for your files. If he asks you if you are leaving just say no... if he is treating you like crap... what do you care? You are entitled to a written evaluation...
  • If those are the kind of conditions you're working under, you will probably not be the first or last to do so. But get another job before you quit!
  • Get another job before you quit but screw their feelings. You can't let fear of other people's reaction be your primary concern when making decisions for your life. If you give the standard 2 weeks then you've behaved in an appropriate manner.
  • If you have another job just say you are pursuing a new opportunity. It happens all the time and if your boss gets mad, they he or she is not being reasonable. Be professional and polite.
