Help answer this question below.

I cant open my e mail alerts from AB, it just makes a strange noise, anyone know what could be wrong, i can open the e mail actually but when i click on the link to read the rating etc it will not open?

    If you have pop-ups blocked, that could be the problem. I've had similar issues. Try pressing the control key as you click on the link.

    Good call from AR. WIth the latest releases of Internet Explorer, MS has gone over the top with secuirty. You may also find that a thin yellow/cream bar appears at the top of the page, you might be able to click on this and choose to open the email.

    Alternatively, if you use Outlook Express to receive your email, click on Tools, go down to Options, then on the Security tab of the new window uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened to could...". This can increase the ruisk of getting viruses etc, but if you have a good Internet Secuirty program running in the background you should be OK.
