Help answer this question below.

My girlfriend's mom want to get a restraining order on me. How can she do that? And how can i protect my self from getting one? See she cut her self and said it is my fault she cut her self!

    What state do you live in?
    I know in the state I'm in they hand out restraining orders/protection orders like candy. It's one persons word against another. If they say they feel threatened by you...with or without reasonable cause they hand one out. I'm not sure how it works where you're at, but if she does get one against you make sure you follow every request on there! I can tell you it causes big problems when you violate one...even if you had the best intentions.
