THE DEALER POSITIONS THE BETS ON THE LAYOUT TO CORRESPOND TO THE PLACE THE PLAYER IS STANDING AT THE TABLE. IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY AT THE C&E BETS,YOU WILL SEE TINY ARROWS THAT POINT TO THE PLAYER WHO MADE THEM.
The various bets are embossed on the felt with images. You place your bet where it's written.

I want to bet don't pass odds. If the bet limit is 10x the don't pass bet, does that mean I can only BET 10x, or can I bet more (say 20x on a 1:2 shot) in order to WIN 10x?
