Help answer this question below.

Isotane and flaxeed, omega 3, 6 and 9
It's very expensive to visit a dermatologist to ask one question. Can anyone tell me if flaxeed oil, as well as omega 3, 6 and 9 cause acne? I take isotane for acne, will it interfere and make acne worse?

    I've read that omega-3 oil is nothing but good for your skin, and even helps prevent acne in some people.

    Don't know about the others.
