Help answer this question below.
I think you have periodontal (gum) disease. The cause is that you don't have enough calcium. This can cause tooth loss. Eat more dairy foods like milk, yogurt and cheese, dark green veggies, fortified orange juice, as well as rice and beans. Or take calcium supplements.
Increase vitamin C consumption. It helps wounds heal, strengthens blood vessels, prevents cataract formation, builds connective tissue, healthy gums, skin and promotes strong teeth and bones. Vitamin C may also boost immunity and protect cells from free radical damage. I recommend citrus fruits, strawberries, cantaloupe, green peppers, broccoli, dark green leafy vegetables and tomatoes.
And also don't brush your teeth too hard. Coz it can damage your gums. And not too soft either. Cut on sugary stuff. Can take, but not too much.
Where do you live? I know a really good Fullerton dentist!
Hmm this isn't a very good question, I'm not sure what you need.
However, I'll give you some basic advice. Drop the sugar, completely. No chocolate, sweets, or fizzy drinks. Brush your teeth, at least twice a day, for three minutes each time. Floss your teeth, twice daily, it's a pain, but you only have those teeth in your mouth now. Also, get some good mouthwash, and use that twice daily too. It's good after meals, instead of brushing, because brushing straight after meals damages tooth enamel.
They're basics. You really need to go and see another dentist, because any dentist should be able to help you. I'd visit at least two different ones, not including any you've seen previously.
Good luck.
