You need more excersize would be my first guess. Sleeping all night and then sitting all day shuts your body down. Take a walk once a day. But, of course, your doctor is the best person to answer this question.

It could be any one of several sleep disorders from apena to narcolepsy. See your Physician and ask for a referral to a doctor who specializes in sleep disorders.

There are a variety of physical/emotional ailments that can lead to sleepiness. Just off the top of my head, I can think of: Depression Hypothyroidism Anemia Sleep apnea I'm sure there are others..... You should probably contact your doctor and explain your symptoms to him/her. Good luck...

You could be dehydrated or depressed.

Have you been checked for sleep apnea..thats one of the big symptoms..but it could be many things. :)
