I think if your injured or there is an accident that could hurt others there should be a test to cancel out under the influence of any drugs
No job should require it unless there is the possibility of something dangerous happening, through using heavy machinery, driving etc.
Only if they require you not to have done any drugs prior to filling out an application. That's fair. If it's not a requirement for a job, then why bother once a person has it? If he/she ain't doing his/her job, then it don't matter if he/she is doing drugs, she's judged by her performance, not by the conduct she does in her private time. America loses on this. Especially when it comes to marijuana tests lol
