  • I'm not a lawyer, so bear that in mind. That aside, I cannot think of any reason why you could not legally do that, as long as your program is not copied from someone else or company, no copyright or trademarks are infringed upon, etc. But to be honest, why would someone want a "certificate of completion" from Mr. Anybody anyway? What is their benefit in taking the course in the 1st place?
  • You can give them a certification of completion for anything you want. Assuming your not affiliated with any industry certification process. .
