If its your phone, you should be able to go in to options
If your breaking into somebodies phone then shame on you.. :)
There is always a backdoor though, just call the service provider, and they can either help after some particular information in regards to the actual owner or tell you your too suspicious, and drop the phone, and the relationship :)
