When my friend filed for divorce and moved out of his house house, only then did he realize he truly loved spending time with his child and has told me he wants to go back to his wife, whom he's not in love with for the sake of his child, is that healthy?

Umm no it's not health it could end up causing problems in the long run and you don't stay in a relationship for the kids at the same time if that is his choice then I am not sure what to say
