Should I get another bachelor's degree, or master's degree, or just enroll as continuing education? I am thinking about taking undergraduate civil engineering classes at Sacramento State. I have a B.S. in Econ and an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engin.

That really depends on what you want to do with it! I think, with all post nominals, the best thing to do is to get qualifications that spell something good! I have often thought of doing an MBA for no other reason than that I would be able to have the letters BAMBA after my name! Sadly I did the wrong degree, so I am now just BAMA, and the degree I am currently working on won't add anything interesting.... Alternatively, you could visit this site: http://www.ispn.org.uk/
