Help answer this question below.

Occasionaly I get pains in various locations of my body, sometimes my shins, feet, chest, abdomen, back, legs, forearm, groin area; what could this possibly be? it feels as though the pain is in my bones when I feel it in my arms, legs & shin

    Without knowing what type of pain (short,long, mild, severe, dull, sharp, ache, burning, acute etc) and without knowing more history, other signs, symptoms, family/medical/social/drug history and being totally unable to examine you, and without access to medical equipment with which to perform scans and tests, I have no idea. I could give you a list of hundreds of possible problems, but that would be a waste of both of our time.

    You should really go see a doctor. Because the pain is so widespread I would imagine it's some sort of neurolgical condition, neuralgia perhaps.

    if its pain in the bones it could be Arthritis, but obviously it's a good idea to visit your doctor instead of relying on the answers in Answerbag :P
