I guess my question is really in regards to associations rules. They place stickers all over people's cars that have been parked there longer than they're supposed to. The sticker states their violation and provides a date and time to have it towed (which is the next following day) I do it once, never got a sticker to warn me that I parked my car more than one day...and they towed it immediately.

I don't know if they laws vary by state, but in Florida you don't need to warn anyone before the car is towed. It seemed as if you knew the rules, and most new residents seem to solve the parking dilemma without getting towed. Sorry for your inconvenience, but I don't believe you have be warned before being towed.
