Ok here is the problem. Long ago I accidentally put my photos on a disc but the disc was a DVD. I am having problems trying to get them to come up on the computer and it is not working. How do I go about getting them off of the dvd onto a cd%

You have to find a DVD drive that can read the disc and then burn them to a CD. There is no magical answer really.
