Help answer this question below.

How can I remove a instruction page from my desktop.Was trying to add a printer but something went wrong and i can't delete the page.Went to files to delete but the offending page blocked the file "delete,yes or no"I could not see the "yes".Help.

    this may be off the wall but most thing can be shut down or off in task manager
    Ctrl-Alt-Delete
    look though the tabs
    application or processes and see if it there, if so click it and end process

    Unlocker is easy to use and good at deleting things that are locked by a process. You can download and install it, then right click on the file and go to the "Unlocker" entry (has a magic wand next to it). Then just tell unlocker to delete it. If it can't, it will schedule to delete the file on the next reboot.

    just restart your computer in safe mode and delete the file. if you have FAT partitions for your C drive just boot using a DOS boot disk and delete the file from the command prompt. i hope you're not using vista
