I really like the intro to Soul to Squeeze by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, but that's just the first good intro that came to mind.

Nearly anything in which Eric Clapton is features from the Yardbirds onward. I much prefer the breaks to the intros. I might have made other choices, if that had been your question.
