I have extreme neurological pain + muscle spacticity below T5 caused from AVM + a surgery gone wrong 9/07. Does extra potassium or magnesium (beyond multivitamin) relieve spacticity? Any neuro pain relief suggestions would be appreciated too!

    when you refer to neuro, remember that your vitamib B complex with vitamin C is the substance for nerve nourishment. you mention multi vitamins; a doctor informed me that they conducted a study and discovered that when vitamin capsules are swallowed whole, they just go through and the result is as if you took nothing. he said that vitamins need to be chewed and with the food and enzymes in the saliva, they are processed far better.
