Is the "Heater Valve" working, opening & closing??? Do U have AC & is it "ON"??? The Thermostat keeps water in the engine block until the water gets hot enough to soften the thermostat spring letting the water pump push open the thermostat getting the Hot water into the Radiator & the Cold into the engine cooling it down. Until the water gets Hot U won't have "Hot Air" & this can happen if a brand new Thermostat sticks "Open" so that water gets pushed through right away never getting Hot. John
