  • Odds are if one can conceptualize such a person, they are likely to exist, if only as the designated exception. We have people who drift from what are considered "normal" emotional standards in almost every extreme. I have met a few sociopaths in my day who i highly doubt could ever muster up enough care about anything to truly be broken hearted.
  • I would have to say they really wouldn't be human, because that is part of being human is being emotional, to experience emotions, and you wouldn't be able to experience those emotions if you were unbreakable, more like a robot, or a machine. Heartbreak sucks, but not having the ablility to have a broken heart would most likely be worse I think the Tin Man would be a good example..he wanted a heart...at the end when Dorothy was leaving he said "I know I have a heart, becaue I can feel it breaking" my 2 cents for the million dollar question
  • Hearts will never be pratical, until they are made unbreakable...The Wizzard of Oz
  • I believe that what doesn't kill us can only make us stronger. We can't die from a broken heart, even if it feels like it sometimes. I don't think there is such thing as an unbreakable heart. It is an abstract concept/ metaphor for human pain and suffering. Pain is universal and unavoidable. That being said, pain is also something that can be overcome.
  • No need to get philosophical. Just try to break your unfriendly neighbourhood psychopath's heart
  • No even the Lord Jesus Christ Himself had his heart by his choosen ones. Even Peter denied him three times. Plus when Jesus went to the garden to pray and asked the Father to take the cup from him..he was let down. But we must remember we were made in their image and thus they feel our pain! THe Father wante us all in heaven with him! But some will not convert and there will be whaling and snash of teeth!
  • I believe that all hearts are able to be broken. I belive that even some terrible persons heart was maybe once shattered before and altered lacking love which maybe is a partial reasoning to some of their awfulness. I think it is a universal emotion...broken hearts. This is why love and peace is so painful, worth fighting for and sometimes hard to achieve.
