My apple ipod got stuck. its is not working. all the buttons are stuck. the display is on pause. pls help

How old is it? Is it possible to return? I bought maintainance w/my nano. Maybe just let the battery run down to nothing. then plug it in to charge. good luck.

I had the same problem once -- admittedly after I dropped it. I took it to the Apple store and it was about half as much to repair as buy a new one. So I just got the newer model.
