My xbox will not turn off using the power button - I have to unplug it. When I plug it back in, the power is already on. The light is a constant green and everything else seems to be working properly. How can I fix this?

  I have a xbox and its been acting funny. i try to turn it on and nothing happens. i hear thefan kick on for a second or so. im confused and i know its not the power cord because i can get it to start ever like maybe 10-20% i try. help please

  My 3yr old xbox won't stay on longer than it takes for the green light to flash 3 times. Power button went 3 months ago, used the eject button til now. Won't even reject now. Just power for a few seconds, then nothing.
