I recently got in a car accident with no insurance, my damages to the car are over 13,000 i still owe over 27,000 and i can't afford to pay both the car and get it fixed. Can i call the financing company and ask them to reposess it ev

Insurance companies don't do repossessions. If your finance company does a repo, you will still be liable for the balance of the loan. I have to wonder ....where do you live where insurance on a financed car isn't mandatory? If it is, I have no sympathy for you.

they will probably come and get it and then have it repaired and sue you for the difference plus the cost of the car. In almost, if not all states, you MUSt carry insurance on financed cars. It's people like you that cause our insurance rates to be so expensive. Our insurance has to pay for irresponsible drivers like you who refuse to take responsibility. I hope you get sued

Yes. At a minimum, you should notify the lender so they are aware of the situation.
