My ex and I didn't use condoms for four years without incident. She was on the pill for maybe two years, and then went for an IUD, which is even more safe than a condom. It tricks your body into thinking it is pregnant. It hurts like a mother for the first few days after insertion. I guess it gives you very severe cramps at frist.
