I would say 10 minutes I think.

Microwave on high, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Microwave on medium-low, uncovered, for 15 minutes. It's quicker or the same time to do it on the stove on or in the oven. Rice needs time to absorb water which just doesn't go faster by being in a microwave.

Generally I microwave my rice for 13 mts on high and then cover them and leave them for 15 mts and they are ready.
