Only if its backed up by an extremely large amount of money. Money's the only thing that makes the world go around these days...sad to say.

Yes in certain cases. However I take higher power to mean the population of the world, the effect being Band-Aid and the drastic situation the starving people in Africa in the Eighties. I'm an atheist.

I do - especially when the higher power is the God of the universe. However, it is not magic and it is not a blank check. Sometimes the higher power has a higher plan that we cannot comprehend.
