Help answer this question below.

When I was a kid, I read a trilogy of books by a John or Jon Christopher. Two of them were "The City of Gold and Lead" and "The White Mountains". Does anyone know the title of the 3rd? I can't find it anywhere.

    Its called "The Pool of Fire" I dont know where you could find it, but (I Dont know if you already know this) but it was part of a trilogy called "The Tripods" that could help your search.

    There was also a prequel to the trilogy, which was called 'When the Tripods Came'. I didn't read the actual books, but I read the story in comic strip form when it was featured in Boy's Life Magazine in the 80's.
