If you don't buy Halo:Recon and complete all the vidmaster acheivments then the only way to get it is buy a Bungie developer to give it to you which is almost impossible

yea you can you have to have (halo 3) and (halo ODST) and compleate the vidmaster challenges for both. TADA!!! RECON!!!!

You can beat the Legendary ODST Campaign to get Recon for Halo 3 Multiplayer. Easy as that.

You can when you beat the Vidmasters on Halo 3 and Halo 3 ODST but you shouldnt wear it it gives you cooties
