i loved the hotels ~ the more, the better.
as for specific properties, i liked the yellow properties. marvin gardens, atlantic & ventnor. i think theyre a good deal and deceptively pricey once you stick hotels on them. ive noticed folks trying to avoid going to jail so badly almost "will" themselves to land on my marvin gardens. :)
I like the red ones. Kentucky, Illinois and Indiana.
The green properties.
Pacific Ave. North Carolina Ave. Pennsylvania Ave.
New York Avenue.
"On the Monopoly board these three properties (orange) get a lot of traffic, reflecting their location in the heart of the city. They are not too costly and the combination gives them the top payoff ranking of all the property groups (23.5 cents on the dollar). Some say that New York Avenue, the most expensive of the three, is the single most valuable property in the game."

skidrow I always go for those first two properties. I think the rent with a hotel is only ten bucks. It's fun being a slum lord!
Reds,greens, and oranges.
I always liked the B and O Railroad, I just think it's fun to say LOL
I always liked St. Charles, just because I liked the name, and I dont even know why I liked it...
