I have a JVC 32 inch flat screen. I laid it on it's side when re-wiring it and now the color is all off. Everything else works fine. It has to be a bulb or the tube being shifted. Any way of fixing either myself or shop? What am I looking at for cost?

  Screen of Toshiba 43G9UXE takes awhile to appear. Sometimes B&W or blue images flicker. But antenna ok. What could be wrong?Thanks.
