Some people practising CBT do the action in Non-Steril conditions resulting in scar tissue and disfigurement that actualy affects the operation of and Expulsion of and Sensitivity of and the ability for the Erect penis to do its job in an actual impregation operation because the blood flow on one or more of the veins results in a non-complete erection and scar tissue can cause restricition and reduce flow of semen.
