  • CBS News’ 60 Minutes team did an outstanding piece on this earlier in the fall. The D.A .never once interviewed one of the three key defendants! The one stripper would not corroborate like 90% of what the other stripper ( who is pressing the charges) was claiming. The woman pressing the charges was so inebriated/under the influence (staggering – passed out drunk), that I do not know how she could possibly accurately remember what had happened. If there is a case against members of the lacrosse players. It will be from witnesses that were at that party. If there is no case, the D.A. has to drop the remaining charges.
  • Like Dennis Prager said, false accusations are the way that women rape men. She therefore deserves the same penalty she was seeking to get against them. That being said, Shakespeare had something to say about this: "A plague on both your houses!"
  • I'm not at all sure that Nifrong has taken or is taking the right route on this case, but it's impossible that he "framed" the players, unless you mean he got into that frat house, planted some evidence and then coerced two women to lie.
  • This was a fraudulent case from the start. The bottom feeding DA was looking for black votes and this was his gig. He shoud spend the rest of his life in jail or be executed.
