  • Sorry to hear that.My mom's been dead for 10 years now,and I miss her more than anything. If you're fighting about stupid, trivial things, you need to knock it off.Life's too short. If it's of a more serious nature, you should talk to a school counselor(scratch that,I just read your Q again),or a relative that you trust:)
  • Yeah..it'd normal. especially daughters. Mothers and daughters butt heads quite a bit. But I will tell you, when she moved away to a different state..She became my BEST FRIEND!!! I told her EVERYTHING! EVERYDAY!! and I begged her to come back. I think it was then that I grew up a little bit. And yes I was in my early twenties at the time. Sadly, my mother passed away about a year or so after she moved away. You never really know what you have got until it's gone!!!!
  • Do you live with her? If so, maybe you should consider moving. If not, maybe fighting is the way you communicate. You can change that.
  • Yeah, I used to fight with my mom an a daily basis when I was younger and the relationship was hell. It didn't feel normal, so I then decided that I would just forgive her of what made me mad and move on, because life is to short to spend it in a fight. Now I tell my mom I love her everyday and I can't even remember the last time we fought. I feel better about our relationship and always think of how much she has sacrificed for me over the years!!! oh I'm also in my 20's. Peace!!!
  • IT REALLY IS NORMAL TO FIGHT ALOT WITH YOUR MOM(IF YOU ARE A GIRL)(MOST BOYS GET ALONG QUITE WELL WITH THERE MOMS,JUST ASK ANY PRO- FOOTBALL PLAYER,AND YES,I HAVE A SON TOO,WE GET ALONG GREAT!) MOST GIRLS ARE "TOO MUCH LIKE" THEIR MOM`S AND SO THERE IS ALOT OF CONFLICTS DUE TO THAT.YOU WILL REALIZE,LIKE I DID MYSELF THAT YOU "CAN AND WILL GET ALONG WITH YOUR MOM"ONE DAY.JUST DON`T WAIT TOO LONG TO APPRECIATE HER...IF YOU WAIT TOO LONG , IT MAY NEVER HAPPEN...AND THAT`S A HEARTBREAKER! P.S. MY DAUGHTER AND I ARGUE ALOT TOO,AND YES...DESPITE THE FACT THAT SHE WILL NOT ADMIT IT , WE ARE VERY MUCH A LIKE !
  • Do you still live at home with your parents or is there something going on in your life that your mom doesn't approve of?
