If we were to make some stuff with Answerbag logos on it, what would you be most likely to buy? Bumper stickers? Mugs? What?

A calendar with some of the more notable questions, answers and comments from many users on each page.

Perhaps on each day you could have a question that was asked that particular day the year before or something.

I reckon this would be quite intensive though, and no doubt many would be offended if you duidn't include their material. Mind you, if that's the case, they need not buy one.

Joel, above ALL else PLEASE get somebody to make this stuff who ships outside the US, or let them send it via Demand.
Whilst I do eventually plan to move State side, it ain't gonna happen soon ;)
Also, maybe someone who takes PayPal, as I find a lot of American sites won't accept my cards.

    I'd like
-the clothing range to be kept and possibly expanded.(definitely go with the idea of having the option of usernames on merchandise)
    -Purse/wallets
    -cuff links
    -mouse mats
    - things for my car (bumper stickers, air fresheners etc)
-a teddy with an AB tshirt on (maybe you could do a rabbit teddy, like the Answer Rabbit)
    -keyrings
    -umbrellas (especially useful in England!)
    -Stationary (pens, notebooks, diaries, pencils)
-wall clock/alarm clock (I don't know what the market for those would be, but I'd buy them)
-stress balls for my desk (perhaps autographed?!)

As someone else suggested, it'd be great if you ran a competition to let people decide the slogans for some of the stuff, that way you guys wouldn't have to fork out money, but there'd be a prize.

Great question, by the way :)

I would say shirts, hoodies, beanie hats, and baseball caps...I do like the idea about personalizing them or even just a cool design to go with.

I think small things would be the best... pens, erasers, post-its... other stuff you would find on a typical desk. Honestly, since the target market is fairly small I can't see too many people buying stuff unless it is small, cheap things... stuff like hoodies sounds great in theory, but you'd only sell about 5 and it wouldn't be worth it financially. The one exception, the only larger item I can see people buying, might be mouse pads. Bumper stickers might work if they were catchy enough... maybe there could be some kind of slogan competition if you make those?

Just a few thoughts, sorry if it sounds negative...

Personally, I like scubabob's answer, those boxers would be cool.

What, no shoes? I just love shoes. Desk stuff. Anything to break the monotony of standard issue government non-descript gray.

Perhaps a license plate frame. Free AB advertising and useful if one ever finds themselves having to ask an unsuspecting hearse driver about his use of the HOV lane. Look, see, Mr. Hearse Driver, I am NOT crazy I am just one of those AB people!

Outside of the mere logo merchandise, how about an AB board game? Q & As pulled from the site. Little bags (like the default avatar selection) that players move around the board. Whoever fills their level meter first wins. There could even be a "you've been trolled-lose a turn" square. Just a thought.

    Sketchy Mess Jeoffory

Id like to second the calender idea- with questions on every day. They would be huge sellers I think- the news would probably even do a bit on them. Also:

    Hats
Personally, I would like one of those knit caps... the kind that are kind of tight and stretch over your head and ears... I don't have hair to keep my head warm! Baseball caps would probably sell, too.

    Shirts
I dunno if I would buy a hoodie, but I'd definitely buy a t-shirt- and they would be great as prizes for monthly "best answer" or "most points" contests. Might inspire people to put more effort into their answers.

    Mugs
I'm sure every one of us would want an Answerbag coffee mug for the office or to sit by our computer as we fuel hours of ABing with caffeine.

    Post-its
With the answerbag logo watermarked lightly across it.

    Bumper Stickers
With stuff like "I'm an Effing Genius..." in big letters... and "...on Answerbag.com" in smaller letters. Or with "Ask about:" and then some of our more colorful categories listed!

    Pocket Protectors
I'm just kidding... none of us are THAT nerdy!
