Heating - something like an electric floor heater/fan. Pull what you an from the wall and run the heating fan, blowing warm air on the wall to pull out the moisture.

To avoid mold growth you must get rid of the moisture.

There are products that kill mold, and kill mold spores however they are applied to structural members (studs, joists, etc) dry wall, wood paneling, and stuff like that are removed and replaced (R&R).

Even in cases of R&R, the remaining structural members are allowed to dry completely, usually under heat lamps or heating fans before the application of mold killers.

A simple treatment for mold is a solution of household bleach and water - usually a 1:1 ratio, applied via a spray bottle, allowed to sit for 20-60 minutes followed by a scrubbing with hot soapy water, then a scrubbing with warm or hot clear water (basically a rinse cycle or two) to remove the loosened dead mold and its spores and of course to neutralize the chlorine.

Large scale mold remediation requires chemicals that frankly I doubt are safe for humans and animals to be around.

Since the dry wall needs to be replaced, your best bet is to open up the wall where the dry wall needs to be replaced - this will allow air to get behind there to prevent the spread of mold.

If this is an exterior wall, then most likely there is insulation that will need to be replaced or is currently soaked. Wet insulation does not insulate. In areas where it snows wet insulation also freezes solid, in spring the thaw leads to a flood.
