I have a rash on my little finger that came from putting my hand in beach, any ideas on any home remedies to get rid of this?

I expect its contact dermatitus wear gloves next time! i expect the rash has gone no if not a small tube of e45 not the h45 applied a couple of times a day for a few days will stop it.
