What is the white trail they leave behind on the glass of my saltwater aquarium?

    If they're trails of small clear circles with several small white dots inside them, they are snail egg trails. However, if it looks like they are carrying baby snails on them, it is a parasite snail feeding on the larger's blood.

    If they have a spiral shape and have like around 50 super small round things inside the egg itself, it's definitely tiny featherduster worms. Harmless, those typically goes through a short population explosion during the maturation of the tank.

    I am giving this information without seeing the trail itself. Unless I have a good quality picture to check these are speculations. Good luck.
