Where in the Bible does it say that all the answers are in the Bible?
If so, who decided that the Bible was the Bible, since several books, which are popular among the media today, were thrown out and given weird explanations now as to why?

    Which books were in the bible was decided at the Council of Rome in 382 by St Jerome under the instructions of Pope Damasus. Hos St Jerome knew, only he could tell.
