I have an Insignia tv that is 2 1/2 years old, the screen will go black with a small line in the middle of it, sometimes it goes back right away other times it takes a long time, any advice?

  Westinghouse SK19H210S TV. I get HDTV channels fine, but for regular cable TV channels all I get is the sound while the screen stays pink. This happens even after I do Analog TV Quick Setup and Advanced Setup scans. Ideas for how to get Analog TV video?
