You and your friends are selfishly insane if you do. If that person gets lost and goes through a terrible time, ends up in hospital or something worse, you will wear the guilt. No one else.

Why don't you save the poor guy the hassle and tell him you don't like him and are planning to leave him in the middle of nowhere?

You total asshole. I don't think he wants to be your friend anyway. I hope you feel like scum when and if you do leave him. Because you are. You should appreciate this opinion and take a long hard look at yourself. Tell him before you go that you are going to leave him in the middle of nowhere.

Thoughts of rotting in hell if there is an afterlife comes to mind. I can't believe anyone would even consider abandoning someone in another town let alone another country. If this is a serious question you are evil.

Yes. If this is your intention and it is discovered, it will be considered kidnapping. Plus, you transported a kidnapped person across an international border, which will be an even larger sentence on top of your life sentence for felony kidnapping, so you could kiss your chances of parole goodbye.

Bad idea, buddy. I would just tell him that you don't want to hang out with him anymore... you'd be doing him a HUMONGOUS favor.

lol! If you're all over 18, then nothing will happen, or if you're all under 18, nothing will happen. If you're over 18 and leave someone under 18 behind, then you could face charges. Why not just tell this person you decided to keep the group small and go without him? It would be kinder than getting him down there and ditching him.

Ummmm... this is not a good idea... i don't know what the legal term is but I'm pretty sure you're borderlining conspiracy for bodily or financial harm so yeah you will be in SOME sort of legal trouble... i think... idk... consult a lawyer :)

He'd probably end up dead or severely beaten. Seeing you and your friend would be the cause of it, then you'd get in a shit ton of trouble and most likely jail, maybe prison but highly doubted. It's not a smart move.

My cousin and a couple of his friends left me to walk 2 miles in the snow once. I thought that they were assholes. You take the prize. I would say that, if you do this, you better hope he doesn' own a gun when he gets back.

Not sure if it's illegal, it is abandonment though, so I'm sure they could sue (since you left them in a foreign country). But really, though, that just makes you all jerks. It's pathetic. Grow up. This person shouldn't even waste their time with you guys.

Here's an easier solution: if you don't like the person, TELL HIM. That way you don't have to bother taking him with you, and that person knows where he stands with you and he can hang out with people who really matter (which doesn't include you or your jerk friends). I don't care what this person has done to you (which I'm assuming is nothing since it seems you guys are trying to trick him into this which means you have the upperhand in the relationship) youre actions are unwarranted (ther eare few exceptions that permit t hese actions, and I'm pretty sure he hasn't done any of them)....Think about it this way, if you're in court and have to explain this to a judge, will any of this hold up/dave you from a world of trouble? Probably not? Then not a good idea.

P.S- You may want to watch *your* back. Friends liek those can act like sugar or poision depending what side youre on. What happens if on the tripp one of them gets pissed with you and leaves *you*?

Ummmmm...trust me, as a retired Sailor I have pulled my fair share of pranks and practical jokes. You DON'T want to do this.

Despite being REALLY mean and vindictive, this can also be contrued as kidnapping, assault, and more. ESPECIALLY if he is injured or runs into legal problems as well.

A whole host of charges can be brought against you for this, and a few of them are big felonies.

So, it you really don't have any aspirations towards taking up residence in a "federal pound me in the *ss prison" (Office Space quote), I'd seriously advise against it.

But on a personal note: This would be funny as sh*t otherwise!

Just leave him there and pray he never gets back to find you.
