Ideas of heaven and hell are simply that ideas. There is absolutely no reason to suppose that someone who committed suicide is punished in any way. The Universe is not judgemental.

Mr. Smooth is correct that God is a merciful God and he did not go to hell. Notice that I used the word "did" as in it's all over allready? As her books explain, and I have come to agree, Sylva Browne writes about anyone who violates there time here on earth, in this lifetime, is immediately caught up and put right back into a newborn life so they can start it all over again. It is not punishment, but the life he took had not finished it's purpose of being here on earth and now he gets to do it all over again. He has already been born again into this world, into similar circumstances as his position in society as when he left. I can and do believe that God would work this type of a plan for all of us, and I do not believe there is a hell. Too bad the priest decided not to help.

im not sure...christians believe they will go to hell...but anyone who commits suicide is ultimatley sick in some way...so idk. ask a priest.

Unfortunately, this is what the mother chooses to do and nobody else can prevent her until she stops wanting to hurt herself.
