If she proposes it, and wants to, then let her do it. Some girls -adore- oral sex. If you're worried about it, make sure you clean before hand and everything to make it as appealing as possible. I understand that if she doesn't like it, it could be depressing. But not even -trying- because of a fear seems silly. You're essentially guaranteeing that you'll never have oral sex with her at all. When there's an equal chance that she'd love it and it would open a new chapter in your sex life. Don't be so afraid <3. As long as you don't force her into it, it shouldn't be so bad.
