nothing besides the air filter and it should already be covered.

You should avoid getting water into your air intake (which goes to your carburator/throttle body/fuel injection system), oil fill on a valve cover, down the oil dipstick tube, down your transmission dipstick tube, or in your brake fluid reservoir. ALL of these things should be adequately covered by existing covers, caps, or dipsticks. Check them to be sure and cover them with plastic if necessary. Do NOT hose your engine down while it's hot. Wait until it's cool. In general, when you apply some kind of de-greaser, avoid getting it into things like your alternator, A/C clutch, or on hoses. These items will handle water sprey just fine, but de-greasers are harsh and may remove lubricating grease/oil, break down rubber hoses, or otherwise cause damage. In general, your engine and components under the hood are designed to take getting wet, even if only when you drive through standing water. But you want to avoid getting water and cleaning agents inside the engine at all costs. As long as you do this, you should be fine.
