You can walk it if need be. She is usually available from 16:00 to 06:00. You do need to complete the "Burning Desires" mission in Los Santos first though (the first "Crash" mission, ordered by the bad cop Frank Tenpenny. I don't know why you ask, all the girlfriend's houses are clearly situated on your map by a heart.
