I live in KCMO, my landlord says if I put my 30 day notice to break lease by the first of Jan. that I will pay that month and still have to pay two months Feb and March plus lose my deposit and pay back one month rent for the move in special. Is this ok?

To give a correct answer, I'd need to know the exact wording of your lease agreement. It should spell out the rules for breaking the agreement. Any comment given without knowing the wording would be just a guess.
