    I live by the cliche, it's an easy way to answer silly mundane comments all day long without thinking.
    These are my favorites:
    "You got that right"
    "Excellent"
    "Exactly"
    Try them, you will get addicted.

    I don't like "he'll get his in the end", or "it all comes out even in the end" - Edie Amin died peacefully in his sleep and Hitler died by a quick shot to the head.

    I don't like "the truth lies somewhere in the middle". Often one person - the guilty one- bold faced lies. this expression suggests that both are lying to some degree and insults the innocent party.

    I don't like "it takes two to fight", ask John Lennon. The truth is that it often only takes one to fight, it takes two to get along.

    Is the Golden rule a cliche? i like that one.
