I do an act of kindness for someone. You waste to much energy on negative thinking.
Its simple really..
Just think positive to counteract the negative.
I dont control it. I welcome it, exam it, then trash it! But I always let it be known to whom it is directed.
Stop thinking & start fighting with the cause of negative thinking.

just take another look at your pic ---- goodness no negative thoughts their
if you are thinking negative you must think extra positive just to think positive
I tell myself "SHUT UP STUPID!"
Think about "hot chicks!"
I drown it out with smaltzy music while I tip toe through the tulips.
If you're talking about negative thoughts that creep in and keep you awake, I imagine a huge wall, painted black, and I visualise painting that wall yellow or white, starting in the top left hand corner. As the wall gets more and more yellow (or white), the negativity seems to seep away. Hope this helps (and doesn't sound too crazy...) :)
