• Cops can look in any phone book anywhere in the US to find hookers. That's what all the escort services are. Cops are really not in the business of busting hookers. There's a lot more money to rake in by giving out traffic citations and busting drug dealers and stealing their cash.

• Don't kid yourself about cops not being interested in busting hookers. I don't know where you live, but plenty of cities do stings on a regular basis to discourage the illegal sex trade. Agencies have licenses, but the girls go out on their own, it's a whole different type of arresting situation.

• Dear BG-- NO KIDDING! I like it when some cop dresses up and busts the johns, but rarely hear of it. Totally agree with you about the pimps-- they should get as heavy as sentences as child molesters or even killers. Victimizing the weakest /most helpless of society- teens, junkies, homeless runaways... good comment.

• My answer to your question is obviously not what you wanted to hear. If you think this "job" is so easy, then why haven't you already set up shop? Aside from this, 'how' I know is from having worked in the sex industry for a number of years, and knowing people in various forms of the trade. Trust me, you can't step into doing something such as being a dominatrix just because you've got a bad attitude!
