.Remove all spark plugs and squirt a few ounces of "Marvel Mystery Oil" down each cylinder to ensure the rings are not frozen.(Allow it to soak for at least 24 hrs)Replace ,fuel, oil, air and transmission filters.Drain oil and replace with a 50 /50 mix of motor and diesel fuel.start the car and allow to IDLE ONLY for 5 minutes. This will loosen sludge deposits in the engine.Drain and refill w/4 qts of oil and 1 qt of "lucas Oil Stabilizer".Replace spark plug wires and vacuum lines. When filling car with gas add 1 bottle of "Sta-Bil".When filling power steering reservoir add "Lucas Power Steering Additive" to the fluid it will restore dried and leaking seals.Replace all belts and hoses. There are likely some things I've missed....but believe me you'll find them...Good Luck(Ain't nothing like a "CADDY"

The car should run. However you should change the oil, otherwise bad things might happen to it. I'd change the coolant too. And after you run it for a while i'd change the oil again. Old oil turns into a nasty sludge that can be corrosive as well. However engines can take a bit of damage, so while it's not the best thing for it, it might be fine.
