If you want to switch things up, try a really light blonde. Also, watch America's Next Top Model when they have the makeover episodes. There is often a woman or two with blue eyes.

i had that exact same color of hair. i usually would get a few highlights, except this time, i dyed it a warm chocolate brown. it contrasts well with my blue eyes. but it depends on your skin tone.
